Please Read!
Due to an Act of Mother Nature (egg laying slumps) and mechanical failure (incubator problems, we cannot guarantee that the chicks will be sent on the exact date of order, but your order will be shipped as soon as possible. NOTE! If you do not receive your order within three days of the date you have been given for shipping your order will be moved to the following week.

Small Order  Charge:
$3.50 for all egg orders under 100 and chicks under 250. We cannot guarantee eggs to hatch because they can be damaged in shipment or incubation problems can occur that we have no control over. With the packaging that we use, there are very few broken eggs. We include 4% extra to offset any damage. In case you do have excessive damage to eggs or chicks, please call us to confirm it and file insurance claim at your Post Office or U.P.S.- This must be done on your end.

IMPORTANT TO READ!
 We have no control over circumstances after they leave our hatchery (eggs or chicks). Therefore, we can assume no liability for their continuing health, and, or safe arrival, or for any other poultry or people, with which they come into contact. If you have losses please count the live chicks not the dead ones, there are always extra chicks added to your order! In Case you do have excessive losses, Please call us to confirm it and then file a insurance claim at your Post Office this must be done on your end! The Shipping Charges on All Replacements (if applicable), this will be decided by Us Only!  on eggs and chicks will be billed to the customers that ordered! ORDERING:
All orders are taken on a first booked, first served basis. A 50% deposit required for all orders over $250. Payment in full must be received at least 2 weeks before shipping of all orders. We accept MC/VISA/A EX, DISCOVERY , checks or money orders.
