Due to an Act of Mother Nature (egg laying slumps) and mechanical failure (incubator problems, we cannot guarantee that the chicks will be sent on the exact date of order, but your order will be shipped as soon as possible. NOTE! If you do not receive your order within three days of the date you have been given for shipping your order will be moved to the following week.
Small Order Charge:
We cannot guarantee eggs to hatch because they can be damaged in shipment or incubation problems can occur that we have no control over. With the packaging that we use, there are very few broken eggs if any. We include 2% or More extra on quail eggs only if box will allow extras to offset any damage. In case you do have excessive damage to eggs or chicks, check with Your post office for necessary forms and procedures to file claim. We cannot be responsible for damages or loss that occur in shipping, however we will assist in filling out any forms necessary to file damage or loss claims.
If you order hatching eggs in cold weather, eggs are subject to freezing this will greatly reduce your hatch rate! Please make sure weather is suitable in your area before ordering,Our customer volume is to large to check every area for correct shipping temp. Order at your own risk!
There will be No Guarantee what so ever on Valley Quail Hatching Eggs! These eggs are fresh! (always less than 7 days old and our the same eggs we use to hatch!, however they are more difficult to hatch and brood.

All Chicks Are Healthy and Lively When They Are Shipped!
We have no control over circumstances after chicks leave our hatchery. Therefore, we can assume no liability for their continuing health or for any other poultry or people, with which they come into contact. Call us at anytime for advice on their care etc (1-(765)-381-3642)
ORDERING:
All orders are taken on a first booked, first served basis.
Payment in full must be received at least 2 weeks before shipping of all orders. We accept MC/VISA/A EX, DISCOVERY , checks or money orders.
Orders will not be shipped until payment is received in full !
Some areas cost more to ship to, if this is the case additional shipping will be added to the total shipping cost per items you purchaced. We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges on all Chick , Supplies & Hatching Egg Orders without notification!
Please understand this is not Lake Cumberland Game Bird Farm & Hatchery setting the shipping cost .
We also Reserve the right to ship Express or Priority Mail on chicks with out adjusting shipping cost!
We ship flight birds (Quail) with there safety in mind! In hot weather some time 12 birds create to much body heat, then we must use a additional crate there will be a $12.00 charge for the extra crate this covers the cost of the crate and extra shipping , we will never use the extra crate unless the weather forces us to! If You forget to add your shipping charges that are listed below the items you have purchaced we will add them for you. You will recieve no prior notice, the total for shipping and items purchaced will be on your final invoice. No guarantee on Adult birds in Shipping ,When ordering adult birds you assume all liabilities. Also check other terms on our main web site about egg and chick replacements.
All Orders must have fiscal address, All Orders with P.O.Box for shipping address will be charged $10.00 for UPS Charges this will be added to your total bill!
Any Refusal of orders after arriving at destination point remains the property of the customer, No refunds will be made!
Shipping cost will be added to all supply orders! Inc, brooder, caged, waterers,feeders,ect.ect that are not priced.
If ordering more than the items state in box , for instance if you order 1000 egg, shipping will be the same for each additional 1000 eggs, If total will not show shipping for each box just one, the additional shipping will be added to you order!
There will be a charge on all canceled orders, this will be 20% of order total! So Please make sure you understand this before placing Your Orders!~ No Exceptions!

All Orders Going Out of the United States must pay shipping charges, @ export Rates! You May place your orders,however the shipping charges are not correct for export items and will be adjusted accordingly by Lake Cumberland Game Bird Farm & Hatchery Staff. Customer will assume all responsibility for such orders!
We are not held responsible for any orders shipped outside the United States in any way, However the same care goes into all orders inside the U.S. and Outside!
Pickup Prices on Northern bobwhite quail hatching eggs will be $50.00 per 100, 115.00 per 500 and 215.00per 1000 eggs!
No pick up on Poultry, Duckling, Geese, Turkeys, or Guineas
You May pick up Quail, Chukar chicks and Eggs!
