Because the #3523 provides sufficient humidity accuracy, the device is consistently chosen for use in incubation - alleviating the use of distilled water and wick replacement required in a wet bulb reading. We do suggest, however, that the #3018 thermometer provided by the incubator manufacturer be used for setting temperature.
